 It belongs to the classical oriental tobaccoes of gostatory-aromatic type.

Basic characteristics of the leaves:

  • Size - maximum 22 cm for 1st grade.
  • Form - broad-ovaled, assymetrical, with a blunt tip and delicate neuration.
  • Richness of content - above the average.
  • Thickness - thin,delicate, but “racial” leaf texture.
  • Colour - yellow-orange up to orange-red.
  • Content of Nicotine - 0.7 - 1%.
  • Content of soluble saccharoses - 12 - 16%.
  • Level of combustion - very good.
  • High cigarette output.
  • Taste - well-expressed, sweet.
  • Flavour - specific, intensive, pleasant.
It’s used in tobacco blends as a “spice” - adds specific, characteristic taste and flavour of the cigarette.

 It belongs to the classical oriental tobaccoes.

Basic characteristics of the leaves:

  • Size - maximum 24 cm for 1st grade.
  • Form - oblong-ovaled, with a pointed tip and well-defined neuration.
  • Richness of content - up to the average.
  • Thickness - sleazy up to mediothick leaf texture.
  • Colour - light yellow, yellow-orange up to orange-red.
  • Content of Nicotine - 0.7 - 1.2%.
  • Content of soluble saccharoses - 13 - 16%.
  • Level of combustion - very good.
  • High cigarette output.
  • Taste - well-expressed,sweet.
  • Flavour - light, pleasant
It is used in cigarette blends to improve the taste, level of combustion and raise of the cigarette output.
